Recovering your Account

What if I got locked out of my account due to too many login attempts?

  1. To recover your account, SEND AN EMAIL to hello@onfrontiers.com

  1. A research manager will reach out to you to confirm that your account has been reactivated.
  2. An email will be sent to your email address. Click RESET PASSWORD. This will redirect you to your OnFrontiers account.

  1. You can now reset your password and recover your account.
