Different ways to join an OnFrontiers consultation. And dealing with bad call quality
- Look for an invitation in your email and/or personal scheduling tool, such as Google Calendar or MS Teams.
There, you’ll find a link to join the consultation with the expert. - Alternatively, go to your Consultation tab and find the right link for your call.
Quick reminder: in case the expert's internet connection is bad, or no one joined after 5 minutes, reach out to hello@onfrontiers.com for support, or use the platform to **"dial-out" to their mobile number. The feature will be available at the time of the consultation.
Tips:
- Take 5-10mins now to send the expert a quick 3-5 bullet-point agenda ahead of the consultation. Especially if asking questions beyond what you provided in the initial Expert Request submission form. You can do this via messaging through the expert's profile.
- Prefer using wire headphones to Bluetooth devices or calling from the computer audio only. Wire headphones typically deliver better audio quality, which improves the consultation results.
