How do I purchase credits from the platform?

This is a client user's guide for purchasing credits.

OnFrontiers has streamlined the process for clients to purchase credits directly from their account page, ensuring a quick and secure experience.

Here are the steps to purchase credits:

Step 1:

Log into your OnFrontiers account. Navigate to your “Team” Page and then click on “Settings & Billing”, located in the upper right corner. Refer to the screenshot below for clarity.

Step 2:

Upon selecting "Settings & Billing," you'll be directed to the credit purchase page. Click on the green "Purchase Credits" button in the upper right corner. A relevant screenshot is provided below for reference.

Step 3:

Once you click on "Purchase Credits", a list showcasing the prices for different credit batches will appear. Each transaction requires a minimum of 5 credits. Discounts are available depending on the credit tier chosen. Select the desired credit amount you'd like to purchase, as illustrated in the screenshot below. 

Step 4: 

After selecting your preferred number of credits, you'll proceed to the checkout page, powered by Stripe. Here, you have the option to pay either by credit card or through bank ACH. 

Ensure to tick the checkbox, acknowledging your agreement to OnFrontiers’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Rest assured, your payment details (credit card or bank account information) remain confidential and are solely processed by Stripe. Consult the screenshot below for further guidance.
