I wasn't asked to enter my bank account details, so how will I receive my payment?
OnFrontiers does not have to store your bank account information in order to pay you for performing a consultation with our client.
- After an Expert completes a consultation, the Finance Team will follow up with the Expert for their payment details.
- Experts are paid through KyckGlobal, a third-party payout provider, it could facilitate payment through ACH, Wire, Paypal, or Cash. However, not all the methods are available in every country, it depends on each country's policy. If none of the payment methods is available through KyckGlobal, OnFrontiers will use other methods, e.g Paypal or Wire transfer to pay experts directly.
- Payments are processed on the Friday (by COB New York time) of the week of the consultation. Once we start the process, the Expert will receive an email to provide their information and fill in their bank account details. This process ensures Experts' privacy is well protected.
- Payment requests are processed within five (5) New York business days. Once the payment request is processed, the Expert will receive an email with payment confirmation to proceed with the payout. Experts may request payment of amounts due at any time, by emailing email@example.com
- Depending on your bank and payment method you should receive the payment within 7-14 days of the consultation.
Important: note that if you are consulting on behalf of your company, as part of a partnership between your company and OnFrontiers, OnFrontiers will not be responsible for your payment. Please check with your company for the compensation rules applied.
