How an Expert Can Message a Client Following a Consultation
Have you completed a consultation with a client? Wonderful! Need to message them after the consultation? No problem.
Here's how you do it:
1.) Go to your consultations.
2.) Select the consultation you wish to view.
3.) Go to the Call Details.
4.) Below the picture of the client, you'll see Send Message.
5.) Select Send Message, and you can chat with the client! You can also attach any files you need to send.
