What happens if I cancel my call? What if I need to reschedule less than 12h in advance of the call time?

We charge penalty fees for calls canceled by clients in respect of the Expert's time. They vary according to the timing of the cancelation and recurrence:

  • No-shows: Clients pay 100% of the consultation charges*
  • Cancelations or request to reschedule during the call: Clients pay 100% of the consultation charges*
  • Cancellations or requests to reschedule with less than 12h in advance of the call time: Clients pay 100% of the consultation charges*
  • Requests to reschedule with more than 12h in advance of the call time: No penalty fees if the rescheduling options go out to the expert less than 24h. After the second rescheduling request, clients pay 100% of the consultation charges*
