No, if you are part of an OnFrontiers client account that accesses the experts using Credits, you cannot ask for the expert's contact information. Communicating "Off-Platform" is restricted by the customer charging policy with your organization and can jeopardize that Expert's relationship with OnFrontiers.

Through the OnFrontiers platform, you can:

- Do written Q&A's
- Engage in workshops, longer consulting engagements, etc.
If you are a power user of an account that has unlimited access to consultations with experts, you may ask for the expert’s contact information after the first consultation through OnFrontiers.
