Welcome to the OnFrontiers tutorial on attaching files to your expert requests. This feature is now available across all consultation types, enhancing the way you submit your requests to the OnFrontiers Fulfillment Team. Attaching relevant files can streamline the process and improve the accuracy of expert matches.

 Step-by-step 

 

Step 1: Start a New Expert Request

Go to Find Experts and choose your consultation type (Consultation, Consulting Project, New Hires, or Written Reviews). The process is the same for all.

Step 2: Fill Out the Form

Enter the necessary details about your request, including the expertise needed and any specific questions to vet the experts invited for this project.

Step 3: Attach a File

Reduce manual input by attaching relevant files:

  1. Add Files: Click Add Files and select a local file from your device (e.g., RFPs, internal documents). Screenshot below
  2. Upload: The file will be uploaded to your request.

Step 4: Decide on File Sharing

  • Check the box 'Hide from experts' to keep it private screenshot below
  • Leave the box unchecked: Share your file to help experts prepare for the consultation with you, leading to a more productive call.

Step 5: Submit Your Request

Review and submit your request. Attaching files improves the quality and efficiency of the consultation process.
