Are OnFrontiers consultations recorded?


Yes, our consultations are recorded by default for quality assurance purposes.


Per OnFrontiers Expert Participation Agreement, term 2.10. By signing up to the OnFrontiers platform, "the expert acknowledges and agrees that Expert’s Consultations with a Consumer may be recorded and preserved by OnFrontiers, and used by OnFrontiers for quality control, or for the purpose of creating transcriptions. Expert agrees that OnFrontiers may provide Consumer copies of such recordings and transcriptions for Consumer’s internal use."
